Rising levels of impervious surfaces in densely populated cities and climate change-related weather extremes such as heavy rain events or long dry periods provide us with new challenges for sustainable stormwater management urban areas. The Special Issue consists nine articles a review focuses on range relevant issues: different aspects findings runoff quantity quality, including strategies techniques to mitigate the negative effects change impacts hydraulically, well lab-scale long-term experience pollutants from efficiency quality improvement devices (SQIDs) removing them. Testing procedures protocols SQIDs are also considered.
